Members of Lumora Foundation’s founding team took part in an Erasmus+ job-shadowing activity at Liceo delle Scienze Umane Fabrizio De André in Brescia, Italy. The activity focused on observing teaching practices, exploring inclusive approaches to education and exchanging experience in a school setting.
Job shadowing is an Erasmus+ format in which education staff spend a short period at a school in another country to observe teaching and learning and exchange professional experience.
