Governance Structure

Lumora Foundation operates under a structured governance model designed to ensure accountability, institutional independence, and responsible decision-making in alignment with Estonian legal requirements and European governance standards.

Founder & President

The Founder & President serves as the principal executive authority of the Foundation and represents the organization independently. The President is responsible for strategic direction, institutional positioning, high-level partnerships, and oversight of governance integrity.

Deputy President

The Deputy President supports the President in strategic and institutional matters. In the absence or temporary inability of the President to perform duties, the Deputy President represents the Foundation in accordance with internal governance rules.

Management & Oversight

The Foundation maintains structured internal procedures for:

Decision-making thresholds
Financial oversight
Representation authority
Ethical supervision

For significant financial commitments and externally funded initiatives, internal governance mechanisms may include enhanced review procedures to ensure transparency, institutional protection, and responsible stewardship of resources.
