The combination of over a decade of professional experience in Turkey and Estonia's transparent, innovative, and international civil society infrastructure has made Lumora a dual-centered impact ecosystem.
Lumora designs and implements transformation-oriented programs in collaboration with universities, public institutions, embassies, research centers, technology parks, NGOs, and the private sector.
Lumora's mission is to build a global impact ecosystem that strengthens equitable access to education, supports youth and women's leadership, raises awareness of human and animal rights, and creates more inclusive and sustainable solutions through digital innovation.

Fatma İnce is a visionary leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in international education, project development, and cross-border collaborations. Through YELS Consulting, which she founded in 2016, she has illuminated the path for thousands of students dreaming of studying abroad and built a brand based on trust in the field of international education. With her expertise in education systems, project management, and international accreditation processes, İnce develops international collaborations with numerous universities and institutions in Europe and the Middle East through EduUni Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. The institutions she founded operate with processes aligned with quality frameworks within international ecosystems such as ICEF and StudyTravel, and adhere to ISO 27001 principles in their information security approach. Furthermore, under the umbrella of Lumora Project & Consulting, based in Estonia, she aims to develop international collaborations in the areas of women's entrepreneurship, equal opportunities in education, innovation, and social transformation.
